At U4F, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at support@u4f.nl within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item at your own expense.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

- Be in its original packaging

- Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

For defective or damaged items, we may request the product or the damaged part to be returned for inspection before approving a refund.

If the issue can be resolved with a repair, replacement part, or product replacement, we reserve the right to offer this solution before approving a refund.

Refunds may be refused if the damage is caused by misuse, incorrect use, excessive force, or failure to follow the usage instructions.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be refused if:

- The item has been used or damaged by the customer

- The return request is made after the 14-day withdrawal period

- The product is returned without prior contact

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@u4f.nl with photos.

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.
